1. Service-Based Refunds

Since our services involve planning, resources, and time investment, refunds are generally not offered once a project has started. However, under certain circumstances, partial or full refunds may be granted if:

  • The project has not yet been initiated.

  • Services provided were not delivered as agreed in the service contract.

  • Both parties mutually agree to discontinue the project.

2. Advance Payments

  • If you cancel before work begins, you may be eligible for a refund of your advance payment, minus any administrative or processing fees.

  • Once work has started, refunds will be calculated based on the portion of services already completed.

3. Digital Marketing & Subscription Services

  • Monthly/recurring digital marketing packages are non-refundable once the campaign period has started.

  • Clients may choose to cancel future billing cycles with prior written notice.

4. Custom Work & Deliverables

As custom projects (e.g., website design, development, or consulting) are tailored to each client, refunds are not applicable once deliverables have been completed and approved.
